01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and okbk ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okbk.bet ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise using any service offered by okbk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all features of the Platform including, but not limited to, the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, bingo, fishing games, Fortune Bingo, promotional offers, and any mobile or desktop interface through which the Platform is accessed.

02 Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to and use of the okbk Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The okbk Platform is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. okbk makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Capacity

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are of sound mind and have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You further confirm that you are not subject to any legal restriction or prohibition that would prevent you from lawfully using the Platform.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an okbk account or place bets on the Platform:

• Employees, directors, officers, agents, or contractors of okbk or any of its affiliated entities;
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the above-named persons;
• Any person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform;
• Any person who has been formally excluded by okbk for violation of these Terms or applicable law;
• Any person identified on PAGCOR's exclusion list or any applicable national exclusion register.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each natural person may hold only one registered account on the okbk Platform. The creation or maintenance of more than one account by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okbk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes. okbk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

okbk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID card, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method linked to your account. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or continued platform access.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbk username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. okbk will not be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify the okbk support team immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access or suspected compromise of your account.

3.5 Account Currency

All okbk accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific promotion or service offering.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okbk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes via the Platform.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary depending on the selected payment method. Limits are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. okbk strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Any deposit identified as coming from a third party will be returned to the source, and the associated okbk account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment accounts registered under the same name as the okbk account holder. Processing times are typically within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya and within one (1) banking business day for bank transfers, subject to verification status and any applicable security holds. okbk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

okbk complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. The Company reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards offered by okbk are subject to specific terms published at the time each promotion is announced. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified per promotion. Bets placed on certain games or markets may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward satisfying wagering requirements.

5.3 Abuse and Exploitation

okbk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward if the Company reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in promotional mechanics. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.

5.4 Promotion Availability

okbk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already qualified for a promotion and are actively satisfying wagering requirements at the time of termination will be entitled to complete those requirements under the terms in effect at the time of qualification.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered accepted until okbk issues a confirmed bet receipt with a unique transaction reference number. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet placed on the Platform at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

6.2 Errors and Misquotations

In the event of an obvious error in the displayed odds, game result, or payout calculation — whether caused by human error, system malfunction, or data feed failure — okbk reserves the right to void affected bets and reprocess transactions at the correct figure. The Company is not liable for losses arising from the player's reliance on erroneous information.

6.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement, abandonment of a match or game, technical failure affecting result integrity, or detection of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns. Voided bets are refunded as cash to the player's account balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event payout limits apply to all sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may vary by sport, league, or market type. okbk reserves the right to apply individual payout limits to specific player accounts at its discretion.

6.5 Responsible Use of the Platform

07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbk Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or loopholes, whether discovered intentionally or accidentally;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC processes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbk staff or other players through any communication channel.

okbk employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in violation will be suspended immediately. All associated funds may be withheld pending investigation, and findings may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

08 Intellectual Property

All content available on the okbk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, odds data, and user interface elements, is the property of okbk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okbk.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

okbk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

okbk complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except as required for the provision of services, compliance with legal obligations, or as otherwise specified in the Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss.

okbk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their okbk account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your okbk account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable time.

11.2 Termination by okbk

okbk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where the Company reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; provision of false information; regulatory obligation; risk management concerns; or any other circumstance that the Company deems appropriate. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on fair play, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the okbk Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact the okbk support team in good faith to seek an amicable resolution. The Company will respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and will endeavor to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

okbk operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant PAGCOR compliance channel in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.

13 Amendments to These Terms

okbk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players by email or through a Platform notification.

Your continued use of the okbk Platform after any such changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1 above.
